Submit a Request
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the unworn items with their original tags attached into the shipping box to ensure they remain in pristine condition.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and use the tracking number to follow your return's journey back to our atelier.
